Refund Policy

Last updated: March 6, 2026

1. Overview

At LinkSense ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our dynamic link management platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

All billing and payment processing for LinkSense is handled by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that Paddle is responsible for processing all payments, issuing invoices, and handling refund transactions on our behalf. Any refund approved under this policy will be processed through Paddle.

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, all customers have a 14-day unconditional right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund from the date of purchase. This right applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered through the LinkSense platform. Please read it carefully alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Trial Period

LinkSense offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan at no cost.

No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial without incurring any charges. If you cancel during the trial, your access will continue until the trial period ends, and no refund is necessary as no payment has been collected.

We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the platform during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs before your first billing cycle begins.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your LinkSense subscription at any time. Cancellations can be made through your account settings in the dashboard or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to all paid features until the billing period expires
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms
  • After the 14-day refund period, no partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining within a billing cycle
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your account settings in the LinkSense dashboard or contact us at support@linksense.net.

4. Refund Eligibility

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, all customers have a 14-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund from the date of purchase. Within these 14 days, you may request a refund for any reason — no questions asked.

After the 14-day refund period has passed, refunds may still be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error
  • Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount that does not match your subscription plan pricing
  • Service outages: If a significant and prolonged service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period during your billing cycle
  • Technical issues: If a verified technical issue on our end made the platform unusable and could not be resolved in a reasonable timeframe

Refund requests for situations beyond the 14-day period must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@linksense.net with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your LinkSense account
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for your refund request with any relevant details

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

After the 14-day unconditional refund period has passed, refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel: Forgetting to cancel your subscription before an automatic renewal charge
  • Partial usage: Using the service for part of a billing period and then deciding to cancel
  • Terms violations: Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of our Terms of Service

Remember that within the first 14 days of any purchase, you can cancel and receive a full refund for any reason. We also encourage all users to take advantage of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
